Where to complain about customer service in HK?

Asking if anyone knows. I bought a chandelier in HK. Told them it's for Canada. They said no problem, will exchange all the transformers to 110 watt. It was all packaged up by them so I can bring back to Van as a luggage. When I got back, found it that only 2 out of the 4 were 110 watts and the remote control is missing! 
I just happen to sell mine and no light in the living room!
I called back and keep getting the run around. Finally, was told the salesman doesn't work there anymore. This other guy didn't believe I was given the wrong transformers and made me take pictures to prove and email him. Afterward, he said will take about 2 weeks for him to order the correct ones and will call me. It's been 3 weeks now, I called yesterday and was told he went out, call back later. I called later, he was with a customer. I called later again and the phone was busy for the whole hour. I called today, was told by a really rude person to call Monday-Friday coz they are really busy during the weekends and then hung up on me. I called back, a girl answered. I asked for the name of the manager so I can complain about missing parts and the rude guy. She said: "Mr. Cheng". I asked: "Is there only one person last name is Cheng?" She said yes. I asked: "So he doesn't have a first name?" She said: "Hai ya!". I asked for her name and she said: "I don't need to tell you!". I said: "I am only asking as a reference so no worries. However, just a reminder that what you said isn't very good customer service." She said: "you can feel free to complain about me too!" 
Anyone know where and I can get help from HK to file complaints? What would you do if you were me if getting my relatives to go in person or hiring a gangster isn't an option? |
