I guess depends on the company, nowaday, China is GROWING ..  they hire people with LOOK/with good pay ..

But for HK? not anymore ..   say Miss HK .. used to need pretty faces .. no more la..  or should say, Pretty + Smart + good manner gals, won't contest for Miss HK la..
