whole shanghai cant watch youtube youtube, software, friend

i just msn with my friend in shanghai and learned that they cant go to youtube website unless  u use special software. is that true?

嚴格來講，中國只有一大個中國內聯網，而無互聯網。當然，好多人都以為呢個有幾億人用緊嘅內聯網就已經係天下，而對好多順民來講，佢地亦無興趣知道防火牆出面嘅世界係點樣。

當然，翻牆亦唔係啲乜野咁難嘅事，而好多人亦每一日都做緊。
