    If not the oil industry suppressed the HHO gas, the radioactive material can be neutralized by the HHO gas (Brown gas) in 5 minutes. Recall the US company tried to promote the technology, was ridiculed and squeezed out of the industry ... relocated to Canada and folded by BDC.
