Rats here are so small and cute la..  

You go to any track events, will kill hundred of rats la...

I worked in more than 75% of the starbucks in richmond for yearss...

WE ALL KNOW THERE ARE RATS (rat evidence) ... just many of the staff (girls) deny to themselves about it.

These things get worst year by years.

the cooperate office had so many policies and had send us unneeded supplies
that made the store clutter in result of so many unclean-able spots.

if you want to see if that starbucks is clean or not. look at their back room...
if the backroom is packed, with supplies hang on the shelf, that means the stock is over stocked and haven't deep clean for at least a year.

besides, they leave the cleaning to the baristas, who are not cleaning professional.

store staff really tried their best.. just the regional office is cheap and not affording monthly shutdown for deep clean.  
and they BLAME ELSEWHERE for the rodent source. <<...true story..
