[中餐館] Anyone been to this NEW 潮州菜 at Richmond 食街

Used to be at the 鋪位 of 蘭桂坊, now become Ge Key 冷 !!

ha? 蘭桂坊 folded so fast?

If this "潮州菜" restaurant is trying to do as traditional type.... guarantee won't work or fold fast unless fution or mixed...... There's no REAL TYPE of "潮州菜" can survive in CANADA for long cause NO FRESH traditional sourse of material to make the dish but just frozen

以前在fraser街有間不起眼的牛肉麵店, 老闆是潮州菜高手, 知內情的會定枱吃潮菜, 試過未?
我就食過多次, 感覺良好,
蘭桂坊現在的潮菜就是這位張老闆.

I suspect that too... Same as the one down in Steveston in the middle of no where.
I personally didn't like the Fraser St restaurant that much... I liked the one in W. Van!! Have no idea where that chef is now.
