TML Management Group Ltd. has an immediate opening for a full or part time licensed strata manager/agent, for the Vancouver/Richmond/Burnaby areas.

Responsibilities include:
Strata Management
Administrative duties
Financial management
Budgeting
Evening site council meetings and
Routine inspections...etc

Applicants must be capable of (but not limited to)
Strong organizational skills
Familiarity with the Strata Act and strata bylaws
Computer skills (email, MS-Word & Excel)
Interpersonal skills is an absolute must
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Positive attitude
Self motivation
Team-player mentality
Attention to details and willingness to learn.

Prior experience preferred but not mandatory.
