He wants the travel agent to fire the tour guide that's all and that's why he complained to them.

Wear green hat is a problem of the wife...not this man.  Looks like this man is treating his wife well since he gave his half month salary for his wife to join the tour.  Some women are stupid and innocent...LOL

I usually don't label ppl as 無用  but this guy isn't facing the problem!
He can either forgive his wife’s affair; work with her to get the marriage back (counselling may be?) Or accept the fact and divorce her.
What is the point of reporting that to police or complaining to the travel agency?
