I just passed their test and exceed their expected score according to the HR assistant, so I have been selected for the interview.
Most people tell me they just call me up for interview and test for formality only. They ususally have "the it" in their department....
i think it's a waste of time discussing this type of topic
you're not really going to change your choice of action base on what some random people tell you, it's just going to affect how you feel
better to focus on preparing if you really want a chance
