I'm not picking on this shop.
It is the manager/operator's responsibility to ensure the quality of the
product is up to standard, whether made on premise or outsourcing.
After all, you pay a decent price for the cake in a restaurant, much higher
than the bakery. It is the reputation of the restaurant on the line, who care where
they get the goodies from. |
