Which beginner model would u recommend?  Brother? or Singer? or... something else?  Where to buy?

I know there is a shop on Fraser street (near 何源記） selling sewing machines. But last time I went was several years back, not sure if it still exists.

I think I'll choose Singer brand.  There's a Singer store in Burnaby.
It's on Kingsway near Gilley Ave.

I got a Brother from Walmart already. It has better rating (from amazon) than the Singer at the same price.

I have seen one about $50 after discount. I think I have seen it in Canadian Tire.
