豬流感注射對孕婦安全問題成疑，繼上周兩宗打針孕婦出現胎死腹中後，衞生防護中心昨再公布四宗打針孕婦出現自然流產。中心總監曾浩輝昨強調，衞生署每年都接報三千多宗孕婦自然流產，機會率是五分之一；至於孕婦出現胎死腹中比率，仍低於千分之三至五的基線，故不會叫停注射計畫，又堅持孕婦於妊娠任何階段均應該打針。

　　港開展豬流感注射計畫一個月以來，至今有一千三百多名孕婦已打針。衞生防護中心昨公布四宗孕婦接種疫苗後自然流產個案，孕婦年齡為廿八歲至卅六歲，其中三人為妊娠第一期，只懷孕八至九周，另一個已懷孕十九至廿周，已進入妊娠二期；三宗由伊利沙伯醫院    通報，一宗由私家醫生通報，四名孕婦均在流產前的三至四周曾打豬流感針。

　　曾浩輝：年逾三千宗流產

　　另有傳媒接報一名在瑪嘉烈醫院    求診的卅七歲孕婦，上月廿四日接種豬流感針後，上周四自然流產（見另稿），但當局仍未接獲有關個案呈報。計及上周兩宗接種孕婦出現胎死腹中個案，本港至今至少已有七宗孕婦打針後，出現胎死腹中或流產個案。

　　衞生防護中心總監曾浩輝昨解釋，昨日公布的四宗個案是發生在懷孕廿四周前發生，屬於每年有三千多宗的自然流產個案，在本港發生率為五分之一；由於自然流產個案非常多，根據國際經驗，都與疫苗無關。由於這並不屬於嚴重及罕見病症類別，故不列入監測接種豬流感疫苗後不良反應的機制；但見巿民及傳媒的關注，中心決定由昨開始，一併向公眾公布涉及疫苗的輕微副作用及自然流產個案。

　　曾浩輝又指，當局叫停計畫與否，視乎宮內夭折的比率，強調目前未到警戒線，孕婦及高危人士應該注射疫苗。他指出本港每年出現宮內夭折的比率則為千分之三至五；現時本港有兩名孕婦接種豬流感疫苗後胎死腹中，比率是千分之二，並非特別高，不會叫停計畫。

　　倘增至六宗個案是「警號」

　　他說如個案上升至千分之六至七，就是一個「警號」，屆時會與專家小組研究問題原因，如孕婦是否有長期病患等，再決定是否調整疫苗注射計畫。

　　曾續說，本港至今已有三百五十四名孕婦確診豬流感，其中一人情況嚴重，而孕婦感染豬流感後出現嚴重併發症風險較一般人的風險高十倍，遠高於胎死腹中風    險的千分之二，因此科學委員會的專家都認為，孕婦在妊娠任何階段，都應打針。

　　不過，傳染病專科醫生兼衞生防護中心科學委員會成員勞永樂批評，政府計錯數，有欠說服力。

　　勞解釋，孕婦確診是三百多人，按政府之前所說，社區感染人數是確診的廿倍，即有六千多名孕婦已感染豬流感，但只有一人嚴重，併發症風險即只是萬分之一點六，但現有兩名孕婦胎死腹中，有千四名孕婦打了針，即是風險為千分之一點四，換言之打針引致問題的風險，是感染後出現嚴重併發症風險的近十倍，「政府應該解釋有關數字，否則點樣繼續向巿民推銷打針？」

　　另外，第二批二百五十萬針豬流感疫苗周日已到港，曾浩輝指，已預期會有很多疫苗剩下，但因疫苗有效期為一年，仍難評估二至三月冬季高峰期和六至八月夏季高峰期的疫情，故要看未來兩三個月的情況，到年中如仍然剩下很多疫苗，再決定處理方法。

I heard a few cases... not about pregnant woman but people with other problems... they all said the flu shot triggered their problem

Either way the government is to be blamed.

When airport security is too tight, people complain that the wait time is too long.
When shxt happens, people complain that it's not tight enough.

I think it's a scam that they don't teach us basic logics in school.  So most of us (say 95%) would be so logically flawed and easy to manipulate by those who have power.

*yawn* just a bunch of idiots and anarchists at play. In this world, even w/o WHO and swine flu, pregnant women still die due to various medical complications, and/or suffer from miscarriage. This is the fact and you cannot blame anyone for that.

Modern medicine and medical science has helped the world in reducing deaths and cured a lot of diseases and medical complications but nobody is 100% that this world will be disease/death-free.

Face the reality or go back several centries and live in those world. At least your likeliness of death due to infections and/or plague would be magnitudes higher.
