I thought it is a custom to give parents red pockets money when we are older.  I know in Malaysia and Taiwan most people do.

I think it's diff in HK. In HK, ppl (or just me) usually buy dried seafood (hoi may) to my parents but won't give them red pockets.

我咁大個仔都未比過利是比父母的.
不過, 每逢大時大年, 都有比少少錢佢地咁law, 不過絕對唔係利是啊~

我唔興俾cash﹐我都係買嘢從俾我老豆多﹐或者請去旅行。

我老豆又唔洗我養﹐又唔係等住我D家用。若然唔係一齊過年﹐我無理有cable wire封利是俾佢。其實我老豆都無封好多年﹐我哋一家都係西人。
