The owners retired after decades of being in business. Their kids are not interested in making buns for life, therefore the business was on-sale a while back. A few interested parties inquired, but the owners refused to sell because the all of them were newbies, and they didn't want to teach from scratch. Therefore they had no choice but to close down for good.
They have the cheapest price for buns, look at other places, at least $1.20 each.
