牛什河* is da best, but most of you will find it too salty I bet. Most of you can't take the MSG. Their chilly oil is very strong and flavorful, and custom made, I like..
Their quality of 河粉 in soup is da best I found in Vancouver. They are a little irregular in shape 'cause I heard they cut them themselves. But the softness and smoothness of it is hard to beat. I wish I can find out what brand they use...
Most Chinese restaurant use the same type of 河粉 for frying and in soup. That just sucks 'cause 河粉 for frying is much too thick and solid for soup...
I think 牛什 and the pho noodle might be a good match.. wonder why no restaurants offer that.
