I have something similar. One thing is the tail rotor and main propeller is not really linked. So if you give change the thrust a lot it tends to spiral out of control.
You end having to counter the rotation all the time.
I wanted to buy one of those big R/C helicopters in HK a few years ago to play on the roof, but gave up the idea for some reason. This one is way too small and doesn't seem like it would entertain me for very long.
