The fee is not bad. I like and I do magics too. Basically, there are sleigh of hand tricks and tricks with gimmick props. I think they only teach sleigh of hand tricks with normal props (and need to buy your own), cuz gimmick props cost so much.

I think those courses only teach you close-ups and street magic, not on-stage ones la.

yeap! For stage magic, I think you need to join some association or society before your "see fu" can agree to teach you those.
I have a friend who is into stage magic.

Stage magic cost a lot more, in terms of money (to buy gimmick props and needed lighting etc equipment) and man power (sometimes need false spectators too). LOL
Generally, close-up and street magic can cost almost nothing, just a regular deck of cards and some regular coins can do; plus some gimmick ones to add extra effect.
