Western Propaganda? yes, all countries have their own interest and propagandas.
But it was  the CCP that start the fire, it is going to cost them dearly, if not
consumed by it.
Let us not forget what happened in 6.4,  the young generation in China do not
know anything about and the government  is so embarrassed to answer other
than repeating the script:  The incident has been concluded.  Just ignorant, is it what the leader
of a great country should behave? We all make mistake, and the best way to handle
it is to admit the fault, correct it and move on, it is the learning experience.
Why we criticize the chinese government? because we care. I have relatives in China
and HK, Taiwan, I'm Canadian Chinese, but deep inside me, I'm Chinese decendent
and I hope China will eventually become a great  civilized nation, like our ancestors
have  achieved.

Do you think it is feasible? despite the outcome to be.
Reminds me the rule under the Qin and Yuan Dynasty,
well, maybe during the Chinese Soviet Region in the 20's.
Where is the civilized,  educated society they boast?
and they expect the Taiwanese citizens would like to unite with them?
I don't know about you, but it is definitely not the
type of country I want to live in and be proud of.
