Has anyone tried Kirin's new restaurant @ Starlight casino yet?

I went there for dim sum today. The food and service was good. The manager said their Richmond location is going to close for renovations in March and they're hoping to see more people visiting their new location in New Westminster.

just go on boyd and make a left turn when u see that BIG SIGN saying "STARLIGHT" la haha..
its like exactly beside Walmart Queensborough landing! =)
