黑心紅薯粉珠三角通街賣
廣東黑心食品愈揭愈多，珠三角民眾防不勝防。中山市質監局前日破獲黑心薯粉工場，赫然發現奸商以平價粟米粉加入墨汁、檸檬黃、增白劑等染色，再用工業石蠟增加口感，大肆製造假薯粉。現場起出五噸假薯粉，但已有至少四十五噸產品流出市面。令人驚訝的是該工場證照齊全，場主更大爆類似工場在東莞多達數十間，因競爭過於激烈，才搬至中山生產，網民齊聲炮轟當局執法不力。
由番薯製作的薯粉麵食在內地甚受歡迎，本港街頭近期興起的酸辣粉也用薯粉。但中山市有黑工場以平價粟米粉加料冒充，有民眾食用後出現嘔吐及肚瀉。中山市質監局接報後前日行動，前往港口鎮鋪錦村查封一間粉麵工場，發現場內空地正晾曬大量薯粉，但粉條表面顏色亮麗，情況異常。

每噸省逾二千元
質監人員進入工場搜查，發現場內有十多個水池，粉條浸在一片烏綠色的水中，傳出陣陣惡臭，水池旁邊則放有多個裝有黑色液體的水桶，周圍蚊蠅橫飛。在工場倉庫內，粟米粉堆積如山，另放有十多包精製石蠟，包裝上寫有「僅限工業使用」，唯獨不見番薯粉。

據工場負責人羅某供認，所謂「紅薯粉」由粟米粉製成，經自製染料染色，再加入工業石蠟增加粉條韌度，營造口感。據他表示，染料是在半公升水中，加入一瓶蓋的墨汁及一勺檸檬黃，如要製作墨綠色薯粉，就加入一勺果綠；製作白色薯粉則加增白劑粉。

質監局形同虛設
羅某稱，按此製法，每噸薯粉成本可節省逾二千多元，而自二月投產至今，已有四十五噸紅薯粉流入珠三角各地市場。中山市質監局調查指，該工場去年底以「中山市詳明食品有限公司」名義註冊，持有營運執照、生產許可證及衞生許可證，並在今年一月經質監局到場檢驗後，准予生產。質監局稽查分局局長郭潮群辯稱，工場在申請證件時未有問題，是取證以後才違規生產。

假薯粉曝光後，輿論怒斥當局執法不力，令黑工場走向全國，又諷稱當局經常提醒消費者購買前要細心分辨，是代表質監局已形同虛設。另外，國務院前日發出通知，要求嚴打食品非法添加行為，對故意違規企業處以嚴厲經濟處罰，負責人不得再從事食品相關行業。

What Lik said – “法律根本就係建基於道德嘅 lowest common denominator，而執法同守法亦係遵從道德嘅最低標準。” is not true and that is why he cannot find any backup for what he said and he chose to avoid facing the reality and his ignorant once again.

Law is a set of rules made to administrate and govern the country and people even though morality certainly has implication on the making of law.

Many scholars hold the opinion – people should look at law independently from morality.

Second, didn't I say it multiple times that 文革摧毀了中國的許多優秀傳統和價值觀並造成現今的價值觀混亂和道德淪落？Read what other people said first before attacking with your shxt mouth.

Give you a chance to state your position clearly again. Just tell us - do you agree "國家和政府的運作是靠制度和法律維持而不是靠道德"?

It is just a simple "Yes" or "No" question and I hope you will have the gut to answer it directly instead of continuing BS.

P.S.   Lik has been supporting you. Why don't you call him up to answer this question together? I am still waiting for his explanation of what he said about law and morality. But I expect he gonna be a coward again.

Regardless of whether I ever lived in China or not, it has nothing to do with what you said is valid or not. Moreover, you had never been able to stand up for what you said and failed consistently to face my challenge . What you could do was just 發爛乍和用粗言穢語攻擊他人.
