1 cup before lunch, 1 cup after lunch
1 cup before 5pm, 1 cup when I drive home
1 cup before dinner, 1 cup after dinner
1 cup after work out, 1 cup before sleep
should be enough, I just don't take coffee break or always walk around during work hours  |
