Lululemon Elite Gym Bag or Jacob Pouch Bag Pouch, Bag, Jacob, Gym, Elite

This is a gift for a friend. It's for work/everyday use (not for school). She's 27. She wants something that's big enough to put files/office documents in her bag because she carries them around. It has to be water-proof, and with a zipper so things don't fall out.

I have two choices. Which one do you guys think looks better, and more versatile?
1. Lululemon Elite Gym Bag at $74, or
2. Jacob Pouch Bag $38

Or any other suggestions? Thanks!

I missed one thing. My budget is under $100.

I also saw something from Diesel (picture below) but it's in dark metalic/black/silver. But then it's $195. Too expensive.

From the pictures, the Jacob bag looks better.
But then the material counts which cannot be told from pictures.
