Answering my own question. It's outside at the south west corner of Pacific Plaza.

I think so. They mention that the coupon cannot be used at the Aberdeen location

Yes. It's the same owner as Aberdeen. Be advice that their little egg waffle may take longer because the machines were broken down last week. Not sure if the machines are up and running at full speed.
