(assume we are talking about your own house garage)
These garage doors could be easily detached from the chain (which connects to the motor). Talk a look and you should have a red string with a pull handle. Once you pull it down, the garage door detaches. After this and if the rail isn't damage, you should able to move the door up/down manually.
If it happens again, you could simply pull it down manually first and don't need to call for any emergency service (usually double the charge).

最初,一條彈弓斷咗,靜返一條,嘗試過人手開不過唔得,adjust過個motor(tune up the sensitivity or power level),開到,不過落嗰時個閘出咗軌,條軌都坳咗,所以個閘唔上唔落。其實個motor無問題。
到佢換咗條彈弓,個sensor同盞燈唔work。
next day 我叫咗另一個handyman嚟整safety sensor,佢check咗之後話要換個motor,我諗佢係話個logical board唔work所以要成個motor換。
