Make-up Brush Cleaner Cleaner, Brush

Which brand is good?
I know I can wash my brushes with Shampoo.
But sometimes I want to clean it with the cleaner.

Some of my friends and the Taiwan makeup show , 《女人我最大》, artists' introduced this:

- Where can I find this in Vancouver?
- I live near Metrotown.  Is there somewhere near there sells it?

i believe you can find this at Holly North... they are around 1st Ave and Boundary...
