我的弟弟快要結婚，做哥哥響斟茶時候要比勵事弟弟及弟媳婦。
但係要唔要比金飾比弟媳婦?


還有勵事有冇話大致多少？

for gold, it's for your future sister in-law. It's really up to you RE: how much you can afford. For starters, you can get a necklace or so.

For 利是, I'd give each of them $100CAD, so $200CAD for both of them.

I think it's up to you.  Not necessary gold but maybe a small piece of jewelry for the sister in law.

I think lai si  would be a bit more than just two hundred?  Depends on your budget really

My sister in law told me years ahead that when I'm getting married, they will give me 1K each to help me out on my wedding.  As a bride-to-be, I think $300 lai si is good enough because I give out $100 to friend's wedding and more for close friend and family.  

It just personal preference.

When I got married earlier this year, my husband's sister and her husband, and my husband's elder brother gave me a golden bracelet 1 from each. If doesn't like yellow gold, you can buy white gold too but it's not as 值錢 if they choose to melt it and mold it into something else. As for red pocket, it really depends how much you can afford and how the family agrees with. My family agreed on just give out jewellery (siblings) whereas parents gave out both when my sister got married last year.
