What will be the smart way to buy Data Sim card in Europe ? countries, different, without, visit

Plan to visit UK/France/Spain/Italy in June. Don't talk too much but prefer to have one for all SIM card with data that works in these 4 countries without changing different SIM cards in different countries. Any smart options ?
