I am guessing when you say White Canadian company, it means any non-Asian firms. I mean, most firms here are branch/subsidary/etc of US companies.... and heck, some of these US companies are owned by Asian anyways. Really hard to distinguish.

So I'd take it that 'White Canadian company' means any firm which do not have majority Asian management for their local operations.
