Exactly, the problem here is EVERYONE OF THEM gets a raise, even the SUCKERS that 快樂牛郎 speaks of. And they want to work less at the same time as getting paid more. Otherwise they blackmail you with your kds' education, go on strike etc.

It's their right to demand more and want to work less. But it's also my right to curse them and vote the NDP asses out of office the best I can. It'll be very tough for me to stand by their POV, unless I become a teacher myself.

i think , let's kill all the public school
turn it into Private or gov't subsidies school. And Gov't no longer be the boss of the school.  It is the school itself manages the budget.  so, teacher has to compete.  The good ones get raise, the worse one change jobs.  Let's put them back into the right track.

Market with adjust it.  Gov't can regulate it but NOT involve in managing it.

The problem is Gov't now is the boss. that's the problem.  Gov't roll show be like a referee or judge, to balance the ball game.  Not now.

healthcare in US is a prime example.
