so, is it same as the VCMC NCT#2 we went to last time?
how come they name it Series #1? just because they try to time for Open PAX?

I think only novices are eligible for prizes in the NCT series. In the VCMC series, everyone is eligible for prizes (so the novices are probably all out of luck~)
