haha it' called PXG, u can find in shoppers, costco, zellers, or any other local pharmacy

but i'm trying it myself.. see see work ng work sin.... that's y i didn't do review yet ma.. takes time to see effect, okie? lols

but another option is... eat more food with fiber lor.... my pharmacist told mei  can try supplment like Benefiber, psyllium powder.. those are just fibers.... i think those works too... coz i used to have whole bunch of samples... but i was too lazy.. even  now la, still too lazy.... so the effect on me is super duper slow .. she gave me whole bunch of samples.. kept on saying can lsoe weight by taking it.. gum it worked... but iwas too lazy.. since it's powder form... me too lazy to mix up with liquid to drink it.. so yeah.....

start to eat less carbohydrate... key to lose weight is to eat healthy....

even thou i take those fiber pills, i still eat heavy gar, breakfast, lunch and dinner

how do they taste like...?
我唯一一次減肥減左 about 5 kg... 都係靠節食 ja..
plus i was sick twice during that period..

the benefiber powder is tasteless, basically mix in any liquid, ie apple juice, orange juice or even water. you can't even tell the taste

the PXG pills, tasteless as well.... i didn't get sick or anything because it's just fibers afterall...

市面上其他 slimming products 我就唔知, 因為佢地都有其他chemical ingredidents....
