they were wrong ... wasn't 白票 suposed to mean "I support 公投 but I don't support both Mr. Wong & Miss Pak"?

The voting turnout was so low. This shows the people do not support such a money wasting vote. Mad dog wong yuk man should resign as he promised.

When 公社兩黨 said they would measure their success based on voter turn-out rate (投票率), was it true that they meant they would count every vote as long as it was cast regarless it is blank or a vote to any candidate?

JUST TELL EVERYONE PLAINLY. DON'T AVOID IT!!! JUST "YES" OR "NO" WILL DO!!!

Gee... You're totally making a lot of sense. Don't try to twist things out of context as you always do la. If voters came out to vote, but cast blank ballots or voted against the referendum issue (by voting for candidates other than LSD/CP, or Post-Secondary 2012 people), can that be counted towards as support for the referendum?

Stupid is as stupid does...

So Disney was not a waste of money, eh? (And of all things, the funds infused by the SAR government came from HK people's tax dollars). And at HKD$10k per head, the high speed train is not a waste of tax dollars? And the 副局長、政治助理 is not a waste of tax dollars? And Bowtie recently lifted one of the Establishment's people (some young dude from Yip Lau's camp) into the CEO office. The person used to be a district councilor in south HK:

So the resulting by-election is not a waste of tax dollars? And of all people and places, it was the HKCEO Office that lifted him! Why do I not the SAR government portrait that as a waste of tax dollars?

I haven't even mentioned the extra days (or extra large hall) that the SAR government rented at HKCEC as part of the referendum/by-election. There was absolutely no need for that, except for boosting the cost of the referendum/by-election. Is that not a waste of tax dollars?

At $20/head, the referendum was cheap, cheap public education, especially given all the dirty tricks that the SAR government tried to pull.

To show us that you are not stupid, do you dare to answer my questions directly instead of avoiding answering them?

      (1)   What is voter turnout rate? How do you calculate the turnout rate? If I cast blank ballot, will you calculate me in the turnout rate?
      (2)   Did 公社兩黨say they will measure their success by the number of vote they got OR the voter turnout rate?
