| i felt the food is mediocre. Menu selection is a bit of a joke. The combination offered looks more like a experimental project than the real “here I am” deal. It promptly came to an epiphany I was just expecting way high (I blamed all to the name of the joint). Service, as most standard Chinese operation, is fair to limited. Without much fuss, food came, the soup immediately rendered a so fluke warm only temperature. Yes, I am spoiled by steamy soup and noodles. The long awaited gratitude hits when I slurp up the focal of the day - the noodles. They are properly cooked, thank god. They aren't soggy. For the sake of all praises, I move on to look for gems in the bowl for more complimentary comments, which became a trip of clock dwindling and empty hands. Soup is all for MSG based, came from canned mix powder and ingredients rather than anything tasted like mom's recipe. Condiments in the soup really make me feels like shop owner is afraid that I am only to pay half fare for my noodle-ing experience. Bits and pieces, really, it's closer to a sampling meal than a real sit down, heart warming, bebebebellly fattening noodle lunch. Overall, no, you are not getting my vote. But as a genuine re-branding advise, the new name should be - 米線 So Wrong~ |
