Color people violated the law; get penalized and complaint of being discriminated.
Is it really discrimination? NO

People who felt being discriminated are the one who really discriminate others.

Are you kidding youself here? There were representatives of every ethnic group at the Beijing Olympics opening ceremonies.
You should learn some history. Tibet joined China hundreds of years before Canada ever existed. The Europeans invaded the native Indians land, but they claimed to be democratic. If these Europeans are democratic, then they should allow these native Indians to become independent countries. All of the US, Canada and Australia should become independent native states.
It is the discrimination against the native Indians that caused the natives to have lower level of education and higher poverty level compared with general Canadian population.
They set quota on how much the natives can fish, but it is their tradition to fish as they wish.
Today, the native Indians are still forced to learn English at schools.
These Europeans criticise China, but are these Europeans ready to leave North America, Australia, New Zealand etc?

tibet "joined" china, are you kidding me.  tibet is forced to be part of china.  when did you heard the native will like to be independent.  have you mix up native & quebec.  when compared to general population, native in china is also have more poverty and lower level of education, can you explain why.
they can fish as much as they want as long as it is not for commercial purpose.  they don't force to learn english, but just the public schools are in english and french.  you are forced to learn mandarin in china, too.  in the last 10 years, how many native died due to fright for independent in canada.  how many tibetans had died?
