芽菜, 五香豆干, 炒肉絲.
冬姑粒 + 肉碎,  讓豆腐卜
will make one of them on Thu and prob make steam/bake fish

made stir fried pork, zucchini and mushroom with kimchi. Original recipe calls for fatty pork belly slices but I sub with lean pork slices. OK la... but healthier option.

因為我嘅肉餅唔係好厚(PROBABLY 1.5cm 厚 only ),蒸5分鐘左右。。。
開蓋,倒D蛋落去(份量自己因啦I GUESS)
然後由得佢蒸2-3分鐘,息火
乜都唔好郁(唔好開蓋,唔好郁隻鑊)FOR 20-25分鐘

打開蓋,PERFECT
蛋,滑DUT DUT,如果你遙隻碟,D蛋識JIGGLE架~ LOL
肉餅o係底又熟透

Last night's portion:
[0.5lb-ish 肉粹] VS [3 jumbo size eggs + water]
my ceramic dish size approx 10"across, flat bottom, 1.5" deep

I usually just buy the ready cooked duck eggs. more expensive but i've had good ones 90% of the time so far..."sandy and oily."

b-jai. i am impressed that steaming for 25 mins and eggs won't get old! What is the portion of water to eggs nei? Thx for sharing!
I am actually doing steam eggs in microwave tonite for the first time. I added cooked duck eggs and century eggs. Will see how it turns out la. ;0 Wish me luck!
