無疑湯底和牛肉都非常有水準，湯底似乎經過隔渣處理，非常清，似牛肉茶多過牛肉湯。
但不滿的地方也不少，第一當然是價錢，比外面其它館子貴起碼50%！
第二是十一蚊一碗竟然菜都無一條！
最差是那些所謂家常麵，是我吃過最難吃的麵
問我會不會再去？如無改善的話，no way！

台灣牛肉麵無菜是正常的,不過11$真係食水深d希望日後有改善,價錢不改起碼麵比多少少,因為在台灣吃牛肉麵都好大一碗,起碼會食得好飽,酸菜還可任加,11$(加元)應該可以做到這個水平,希望可以改善改善.......

I tried last weekend. Maybe I am not that into noodle, I didn't think it is that special.
But if I am paying $11 per bowl I am expecting Large bowl or lots of Beef.

The second I didn't really like is my mouth felt very dry after eating.....means...msg....

but my wife liked that place dough...

There is quite a lot of beef compared with other places and I think the noodle is chewy which is good.
The type of beef is already better than many other places.
