change bank la... nowaday everyone uses free banking (PC, ING, etc.), they offer online banking and ATMs, no personal contact is needed... when you need financial advice or mortgage, just get a rep., it's the easiest and cheapest way to do banking and this is what I am doing now and I'm so happy about it...
Even in HK, HSBC also no good customer service...and I'm never a HSBC customer...
I only keep HSBC master card since it offers discount in many HK stores...

No, I love the HSBC in Central (main branch I guess), their SDB (safe deposit box) is so formal and beautiful and customer service is good too... way better than any bank here....
