One thing you should know, Japan is 100V.
Some of my electronics that I brought from Japan are all 100V.
Usually they say electronics have 10% tolorence, but Canada is 120V, so be careful.

All of these adaptors sold in North America for cellphones, camera chargers, laptop etc are universal, so they accept everything ranging from 100-220v.
Not all adaptors are 100 - 220v. Some are, some are not... it really depends. Please don't mislead the OP. ALWAYS READ THE LABEL ON THE SPECIFIC ADAPTOR!!!
Another thing is the pin configuration of the plug. There are US/UK/China/European/Japan styles. The question is where we can buy a universal plug adaptor so that we can use our electronics while traveling.
