Agree. I think Americano is the closes to "即係沖出來杯咖啡，杯面上有些泡個種".  The "泡" is prob crema of the espresso.

I think fresh brew coffee. But I've heard good things about 49th Parallel. (and I care less for latte art)

Latte art takes time, and I usually do not have the time to wait for.
And I do not usually take so much milk in my coffee, Macciatto  is more to my taste.

Try the coffee of Either Cup at No.3 Rd (opposite to Richmond Centre).  The coffee art is brilliant, too.
