You don't have to completely adopt my diet suggestions ge, but a lot of them are actually really easy to incorporate into your eating habits / patterns.

breakfast:
- plain bread, non-sweetened cereal (+ milk, obvious), banana, yogurt (store bought)

lunch
- packed sandwich (bread + deli + cheese, with NO sauce), whole apple

snacks:
- simple granola bar, plain biscuits, crackers

dinner:
- steamed rice (made by rice cooker), steamed/broiled veggies, 蒸肉餅, 蒸水蛋, 蒸魚滑撈豆腐

And make sure you eat lots of fruits.

All of these are really quite simple and fast ga. Some of the suggestions are a little bland in taste, but some are quite tasty too.

Magsss, if you're a teenager, you are more prone to have acne but adults have acne, too.

Definitely taking birth control pill can help. I understand that there're birth control bills that have lower dosage of hormones and be taken to lessen PMS symptoms. However, I'm surprised that your family doctor does not offer other remedies. For example, my family doc prescribes some antibiotics which controls inflammation (which cause pimples), in addition to some prescription lotion to put on the skin.

For non-prescription remedies, I've used ProActiv. It helps to clear the skin (as promised). I stopped using it because it blocks the pores (so I ended up having white heads). I also tried the clinique lines which doesn't really help.

I find that products that contain Salicylic Acid or Glycolic Acid work better those that contain benzoyl peroxide, which dries out my skin. I like Neostrata (e.g. http://www.neostrata.com/product ... .do?sortby=ourPicks) which can be found in major drugstores. Try using a lotion that contains Salicylic Acid. I find that helps keep my face clear.
