Sorry to hear the bad experience. Actually I did go there twice for lunch (dine in) on weekdays. Both times service is ok. Avg pace. I think it's just a matter of luck sometimes, I would guess there are lots of part time staff, some are better than the others.

我o地都試過寫信去rogers o既head office 投訴我屋企附近果陣o野 (granville and cook,金城酒樓果個mall) 因為果次我o地買pre-viewed dvd, o係counter 度比錢即刻拆開o黎睇,隻碟係花o既,我o地想換一隻
但係個staff 話唔可以,因為 "pre-viewed item, you have to take a risk"
雖然分店經理出o左o黎即告道歉,但係我o地都照投訴果個無腦o既staff...
無幾耐head office 打o黎道歉..
無幾耐之後果間rogers 執o左
