Many chinese employers have no respect to the labor law and  the employee.
no point to argue.
just quit.

thats is why i will never have a chinese employer.

even the employer is a friend of my family he still rips me off in my 1st job.

唔明白点解中国甘唔争气，总系自己人虾自己人，见到白人就低声下气，乖到死好似狗咁

她老细话愿意给返D vacation pay 同没放的假期她。不过点计就难讲啦
她老细肯定唔承认抄她是因为vacation pay 的问题，但事实就系如此，就是wrongful dismiss，我觉得找律师告她是否能拿到一些赔偿，因为炒人炒得好没道理，discuss 姐，有麽大不了的， 况且不是ask for more，只是要返政府规定要给的

file compaint只是帮你拿到没给你的钱，但是wrongful dismiss 劳工部不会理

事假同病假扣年假 - the boss can do that, because 事假同病假 are not the must, but has to pay 4% vacation pay
if your friend got fired right after the discussion, he can file a complain la.
