聽講話要做夠40 HRS VOLUNTEER先準APPLY。。。超搵笨～ BUT OH WELL。。。
我有個FRIEND前排話會去做吓VOLUNTEER一日睇吓咩環境。。。等我MSG佢睇吓佢最後有冇決定TAKE呢個COURSE先。。。

well, you really have to love kids to do it. You know kids are all clean and neat and good.
if you work at daycare, you have to "clean the kids" if they mass up... And according to my sister, it's not so easy to keep an eye on all the kids. Some of them tense to wonder around and try to escape!

Really? The one I am planning to take doesn't have this requirement ah~ but for sure volunteer is unavoidable~ the program require 500 volunteer hours in order to complete and get the ECE licence. (these hours doesn't include practicum yet~)

Since I used to go to daycare and preschool with my little bro and sis~ so I get used to their routine and duties~ when they were young.. i used to stay at daycare to volunteer and help out on the snacks and arts and craft ne~  kekeeee

It's not easy to take care of the children~ need a lot of patient.. and the kids will only play with you if you understand what they are trying to say~ so other than volunteer at daycare.. you need to praticipate in their kids world by watching their cartoons.. knowing those cartoon's characters etc~ XD

no ah >< I checked out Langara last year.. the one they offer is a 1yr daytime program ah~ I couldnt make it as I have full time job during daytime ne~ I am planning to take the night time program offered by Richmond School Board~ It's a 2yr program~ =D
