I should try that... I usually notice that it's late at 1am...then get ready.... and sleeping around 2 am.... my alarm clock is set at 7:15 and out of bed... usually 7:30.

I wish I had 8 - 9 hours of sleep everyday...but in reality...more like 6-7 hours...

Let's see, if you sleep 2 hours less everyday.  For 25 years, there are 18,250 extra hours, that is equivalent to an extra three years in your life (for 24-8 hrs a day).  With the odds of 12%, it is a sure bet.  What's the point of to be alive, if you are sleeping.
