According to 張教主
the workers have to work 12-16 hours non-stop daily. If the great Chinese lovers think that $1000 RMB is what they worth,
why they chose to stay in Canada complaining  instead of working in China???
The only break they have would be when they drop something
from work table, the bend and pick up the piece, for a few second.
There is no labour standard in China.
The owner of the business is a Taiwanese, but the management team
does all the mal-practises. I  did not say the owner is guilt-free, he
started the business in China to make more fortune, taking advantage
of the social policy in China, which is impossible in Taiwan.
What we can help is to boycott the Foxxxxx products

據我o係東莞開廠D朋友講, 果度d勞工法例對僱員保障仲好過香港...

I watched on TVB's "Tuesday(or Sunday?) Files":

Some manufacturers are moving back to HK because of the new labor and environmental regulations in China.

They do have better policies in China. For example, they have implemented minimum wages, very strict pollution policies and stringent SA8000 requirements. Outdated polluting industries and low paying factories are now being phased out.
For those who think they don't have labour standards, they need to admit their ignorance.

These Foxconn managers from Taiwan need to do something about the situation.

What good are the strictest laws and policies when few (or none) of them ever get enforced? Granted, given the labour shortage at various cities in Guangdong, salary and working conditions are generally noticeably better than what they used to be. And workers have far more choice and selection when it comes to switching jobs. Still, there are no shortage of bastard employers that take advantage of their employees (esp the ones who are migrant workers)...

Sigh...

You moron, the new policies are being enforced in China. That is why some factories are moved back to Hong Kong, where the policies are not as good for the workers.

You moron, as usual you are making wild claims.
You are just jealous of a rising China that implements some of the most advanced labour standards.
