it depends... even some are not corruptors, they might got the money from selling fake milk powder ...

Like I said, most Chinese rich are legitimate. Selling tainted milk powder is not.
It is unfair to say Chinese rich are corrupt or sell fake milk powder etc. It would be like saying Hong Kong rich are triads.
