唔使担心title 不用担心， 有问题律师会帮你睇住

迟D如果加息，估计会有更多forceclosure 的楼

Hmmm. Do you have to click in every single one listing and find out? Or can this be sorted or searched based on that criteria only?

do they really mentioned foreclosure on mls?  i have some troubles to find them too.
i know some paid websites offer the list, but not able to find a free version

我平時做o野可以入到MLS, 但係佢無一個function 係可以幫你搵foreclosure sale.
我自己住o係果一區,所以知道想搵邊幾座大廈,我係用address 同埋set max price search.
by the way,我係appraiser,所以就算market value 我都唔想買,我搵below market value o既good deal

thx, i tried that before, but they are not free.  and their sample one is ??.  they said there is a sale on wall street, but i checked mls, there is no listing on wall street at all.
