If someone really have 500k to invest, let alone 5M, they won't ask the question here...

Unless u won the lotto or got inheritence, u'd have started thinking about how to manage your money when you have 10k, won't wait till u got 500k.

    Yeah .. Cash .. that is what I mean .. $500K extra cash to invest .. then must have a $3M plus house already, (pay off) and $500K worth of nice cars, $200K worth of nice watches... etc .. ( and $300K worth of handbag/jew for the wife .. )

細個有個恆生廣告﹐說得非常好﹐畫面是一點點的水滴﹐告訴人”滴水可成河“的道理。。。

CP 你上網自己用財務工具算一下﹐你今年 30 幾﹐要 60 歲時擁有 $500K 其實非常容易﹐因為 COMPOUNDING IS THE MOST POWERFUL IN THE WORLD!!!

記住﹐不開始﹐就永遠不會達標。

5% is very easy to meet, you can even buy 國債或省債﹐safe (I'm not talking about liquidity though), if you really need liquidity, go with Bond Fund.. as I said, TD did very well on fixed income funds
