Cheez...

People have to prepare, people have to be warned of the importance, but certainly not to scare people in the first hand.

The nuclear outbreak is serious, but still, hope you know what you are doing and what is actually happening...

Spread unnecessary horror won't help people to act correctly, but rather, worsen...

As long as the core is not "totally" melted, things can still be under control...

And, I see the event is shifting more to the positive way...

Apparently they are cheating, at least, for 2 days... Mostly because of Tokyo Power management...

They will have to "Seppuku" if that was happened in the old days...

Tokyo electric tried to downplay the situation and made the government to do the same.

The government wanted to clam the people and at the same time, maintain the national pride, so they downplayed it as well.

If they plead for help earlier and accepted US and other nations' help earlier then the situation wouldn't be as bad.

I don't see what's the point to be panic in BC because of the Japanese radiation incident. If the radioactive material does spread to BC where can we go? If it makes this far to BC it already spread to other Asian countries too.
Stocking up supplies in prepare of earthquakes makes more sense here.
