家陣咁时勢，環保真係大晒，边个咁反对，睇吓哈怕同布薯成日俾人插都知！
但BC省民又好聽話，政府加稅總会乖乖配合，永无異議，难得！HK話加个GST就大把人上街抗议，HK政府即刻唔敢再話收GST，始终環保税唔同GST，以環保掛歲，就已经能封住好多人把口！

I don't think most people are understanding the tax properly.  It is a revenue-neutral tax; other tax reductions will offset the increase cause by this tax.  I think it's a proper step forward as it rewards citizens who are greener than average.
